Window
Request an RMA within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with order number, product name, and reason. Do not mail a parcel without an RMA.
What we take back
Eligible: unworn tops and dresses with tags attached, bottoms with no hem change, and jackets without odor or missing buttons. Try a dress or sundress indoors; keep tags on until you are sure.
What we do not take back
- Garments washed, worn outdoors, hemmed, or missing tags
- Items with deodorant marks, perfume, or pet hair
- Final-sale notes on the product page (if marked)
Refunds
Once we inspect the return, refunds go to the original payment method, typically 5–10 business days after we receive the parcel. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless we shipped the wrong size or a defective a dress or sundress. Return postage is the customer’s unless the item is defective or not as described.
